“I was very pleased with the service Lyco provided. Selection and ordering of items was made easy by a well designed website. This was followed up by an excellent 'next day' delivery service. One of the lights I ordered was damaged but was speedily replaced and delivered by 8.30 the next morning.<br>”

“Ordering on line was fine and the order arrived promptly. The only problem was one candle bulb was broken, goodness knows how as the box and packing was excellent, but not worth complaining about. All previous order have been dealt with and received promptly with broken goods replaced immediately.”

“Company is fine. However latest order was duplicated and therefore cost twice as much. This is no financial problem as I can still use product ordered. It does reveal failure in the order system as I do not feel that I completed initial order correctly and that is why I started again - surely this could have been observed at point of despatch ?”

“easy to order from, with a brilliant choice of stock items-I found here what I'd beeen looking for in all themajor household name chains of DIY stores & other lighting suppliers! Ordered goods late one afternoon & was amazed they turned up 8am next day (just before Xmas!) Thank you!”

“Considering that the products are essentially glass I am surprised at the relatively flimsy packaging with the items able to move quite freely within the carton. Having said that there is no apparent damage but I haven't tested all the items to see if they are sound. I'm just hoping so!”
