“The attempt to deliver took place a day earlier than stated.Unfortunately whoever delivered hardly made his presence known.I 'sensed' that perhaps someone was there and duly found the attempt to deliver note.The next day the delivery did not occur as on the previous day at 09:15 but I had to wait the whole day.Was assured it would be delivered by three but delivery did not occur until later.Apart from this I received the fragile item safely.Thanks to Lyco it was well-packed.”
