“It has taken some time for the order to arrive but I knew it was out of stock when I ordered. However, previously I have only been able to purchase these particular bulbs at John Lewis, at approximately twice the cost, so I am very pleased indeed. Also, they cannot be touched, which makes them difficult to use, but these each have a small bubble wrap envelope round them, so can be put in using these and then the cover removed. Very happy. It would have been helpful if Lyco could have mailed me to say they were still awaiting the bulbs, and then when they dispatched the order, as I was beginning to wonder whether they had got lost.”

“The goods were delivered quite quickly, within expectations. I have ordered previously too and any replacements needed were dealt with, with no fuss, delay or difficulty. I will order from them in the future. I find the website quite acceptable and would recommend them to others.”
