“Good service for the items on their site but not easy to find what you need unless you have a part number and know exactly what you want. Price is OK but not always the lowest. Delivery and service are excellent.”

“Only a small order, but next day delivery in the worst spell of bad weather for years.I'm very impressed. Specialist items would have meant an hour's trip to collect locally, well worth the (very reasonable) cost of postage”

“Because I did not read what I was ordering accurately, I initially ordered the wrong item. Although Customer Services were unable to stop the item being dispatched, they were able to give me clear information about returning it and were immensely helpful.
