“On this occasion I knew exactly what I wanted, but Lyco have a good website with good product range. Prices are competitive and delivery reliable. My order included six LED glass tubes for strip lights which are notoriously difficult to deliver intact and they were well packaged and all undamaged .... so thumbs up to DPD too on handling !!”

“Product excellent, easy to fit tubes and starter, job done in no time. Delivered in mint condition. So why not 5 stars? Because you gave me a 10% off your first order code which disappeared off my screen until after I'd placed the order.”

“I ordered 12 light bulbs. They work fine. However, the small SES candle bulbs came in a box big enough to hold hundreds of these bulbs. And the empty space was then packed with plastic bubble wrapping. Not impressed with this amount of packing wastage.”

“Took over 15 days to arrive - too late to 'install' before xmas. Not a great inconvenience but there were no updates until it was with the courier. Charged £10(?) to deliver to N Ireland otherwise it would have been free, I think. Price defaults to price without VAT - misleading until you notice it (I'd guess most of your customers have to pay VAT?) Installation will be a 'nightmare'. Whoever designed the wiring / instructions has never stood on top of a ladder wiring 11 wires into a terminal block. Your Technical Adviser was good. They couldn't help but at least agreed how impractical installation would be.”
