“They sent the wrong lightbulbs, and did not reply to two emails about this. i finally got a reply to the third, saying they were taking a long time to deal with queries. I am disappointed as I have always previously had good service.”

“I bought 2 eterna batten fittings for my garage, excellent !! easy to fit, look good, light output fantastic. It took over an hour to take the old lights out but only 15 mins to fit the new ones. Delivery was very quick and packing spot on. DPD delivered in first 10 mins of one hour time slot given.”
