“Good product range and keen pricing I have had a problem with lights arriving broken (McCauley range), always exchanged as requested though, and promptly. Rang up on Monday to report a fitting had failed under guarantee, replacement arrived Tuesday, and old one collected on Thursday. Service could only have been better if it was delivered personally. Need a few more people to answer the phone though, as lines are busy 9 times out of 10.”
