“The ordering and delivery were first class. Unfortunately when the item, a set of garden lights arrived, the transforner emitted a buzzing noise. I contacted them and the process for return was explained to me. I then also had delivered a completely different set of lights which worked as they should. I have posted the faulty set back today, at no cost to me. Once the situation has been completely resolved satisfactorily, I would expect to raise the rating to five stars. A company can best be measured by how they react when things don't go according to plan.”

“I was worried about having ordered light bulbs by internet, especially how they may not survive the journey. No worries - they were packed carefully and with plenty of cushion packing. Order arrived promptly as promised. Will use again.”

“Product and packaging good but delivery needs attention and improvement. Ordered and told next working day delivery with DPD. Next day was a Saturday but DPD did deliver though order was not on it, then it was Easter Monday no problem so stayed in all day Tuesday but no delivery. Was away all day Wednesday and Thursday so told them to deliver on Friday, message came they were delivering Wednesday, I told them no deliver Friday, then a message to say they were delivering Thursday, I told them no but to leave in certain place if so. When I get back Late Thursday I see they have tried to deliver but had not taken any notice of instruction. On Friday I wait in driver said he told them not to deliver Thursday but they put it on anyway but no notice taken of where to leave it. What is the point of a constantly updated parcel location system if no attention is being paid to instructions..... !!!!!!!”

“Great service thank you. However, do 2 boxed light bulbs really need to come in a box around 3 foot square filled with plastic packaging? Surely there is a more enviromentally friendly to send them safely”
