“we orderd the 150w ufo style high bays on sunday night deliverd by noon tuesday for our 10m by 6m workshop spaced 2m & 6m @ 3.6m h theas give a brilliant light for working in the space. packaged robustly one of the best servises of any supplier.Our neighbour was so impressed with the transformation that we reorderd and fitted his unit also,lyco is now my go to supplier for commercial fittings one very happy customer”

“I ordered flourescent tubes at approx 5pm and they where delivered at 9.30 am next morning. Wow super duper fast delivery and also a fantastic price as well. Highly recommended. Will be using again.”

“Light Bulbs received day after ordering, very fast despatch. The light bulbs where well packed and great value.My dimmer has stopped flickering now that I have installed the correct wattage bulb.Would but items from again.”

“Nothing negative but the LED T8 tube didn’t fit the mounting in the kitchen. Apparently the “ballast” needs to be removed. I will have to buy a complete lighting unit.”

“I would love to review the Lyco products and service. I have received a prompt delivery of somebody else's order for light bulbs. I have emailed their Customer Services to sort this matter out but have not had a response from them in 3 days. Will I get my light bulbs ???”

“Delivery was the issue .. the courier called to say no one at home ..can't leave your parcel because the sender requests its handed to a person on delivery. So..?.. I didn't know when it was being delivered .. I am supposed stay home all day until its delivered yes!??. I'm a working electrician..how can I do that..?! 20 delivery's a week .. every week .. only you requests I have to be in to receive an order. If you had stated that in the first place I'd have save us both time and ordered from somewhere else .. as it was my well priced ..nice quality fittings cost me another £25 in lost labour when I returned to collect it .. but the neighbour who had taken it in had gone out .. so I didn't get it till the next day .. just hassle..expense.. boredom. Please just deliver to my safe place and take a photo to prove delivery .. like every one else.”
