“We already have an older Lutec Vesta security light with camera and that works fine. I wanted to get another Lutec so we could use the same Secury'Light app. However I just cannot get the the Lutec Pollux set up. I have tried many times and many resets and it keeps failing. I called the Lyco customer services, but they could not help me and gave me another number to call the Lutec helpline. I've called then at least a dozen times and just get a recorded message 'None of our support team are available to take your call. Please leave a message'. Several messages were left to call me back and nothing. I guess I will now be looking for a refund. Please don't buy this product!”

“I was impressed with the quality of the lights and the accessories compared with what I'd seen in local garden centres. The 'spike lights' seem robust and should last significantly loner than ones bought previously from garden centres. Speedy delivery.”

“We ordered picture lights while they were out of stock but Lyco dispatched them without having to be reminded. That should not be exceptional but, these days, it is unfortunately so. When they arrived, there were some small hitches: one light was almost impossible to remove from the packaging (requiring all my strength to do so) and had no instruction leaflet. The instructions with the other lamp were just poor quality photographs and not much better. However, overall, we are happy with the lights and service.”
