We ordered picture lights while they were out of stock but Lyco dispatched them without having to be reminded. That should not be exceptional but, these days, it is unfortunately so.
When they arrived, there were some small hitches: one light was almost impossible to remove from the packaging (requiring all my strength to do so) and had no instruction leaflet. The instructions with the other lamp were just poor quality photographs and not much better.
However, overall, we are happy with the lights and service.
