“We ordered picture lights while they were out of stock but Lyco dispatched them without having to be reminded. That should not be exceptional but, these days, it is unfortunately so. When they arrived, there were some small hitches: one light was almost impossible to remove from the packaging (requiring all my strength to do so) and had no instruction leaflet. The instructions with the other lamp were just poor quality photographs and not much better. However, overall, we are happy with the lights and service.”

“Great service with fast delivery the next day. Ordered 4 superslim LED panel 12W lights to replace current ones in kitchen- arrived well packaged and work perfectly. Will certainly use this company again.”

“Easy order and quick delivery. Lightweight, simple to fit and brilliant light. Couple of tiny niggles. An extra 250mm of cable would help avoid using a juction box and the delivery person completely ignored my instructions - I was out and asked for the package to be put over a side gate where it could not been seen. They left the package on my front door, easily seen from the road.”

“Not tried product yet as I awaiting electrician. However j in contacted yourselves regarding delaying the delivery for a week. I had no correspondence from you and the parcel was delivered whilst I was on holiday. So not overly impressed”

“Fast order processing and sending goods out. But Lyco seem to insist on personal delivery, so we missed first attempt. I think a couple of lights could be left in a safe place (our porch)”

“Ordered 12/24 Volt light bulbs and delivered to me in 2 days really Quick service and good price cheaper than eBay I will be using Lyco in the future”
