“Quick service and good price. Would have preferred a warm white, but not available. Not had a chance to fit them yet...... Big negative though, was that on arrival I found out that they were made in China! I am trying not to buy Chinese goods, but it is almost impossible when ordering online as country of origin is not shown.”

“Very good value for money, I'm not surprised they were out of stock. My one criticism of the product is that the plastic mountings, I've got 2 of them, are marked wrongly and need to be fitted the other way round.”

“I found the service to be good except for one problem. 3 tubes arrived broken but as the staff here only told me about this sometime later there's not alot I can do about it. The next time we receive a delivery I will make a point of checking personally as a repeat will effect where I place orders.”

“Excellent quality product as described on the website. Some confusion in the messages from Lyco as to when I would get a delivery, even though I was expecting some delay because of availability of the product. Even so arrived in a reasonable time.”

“They are a very fast and efficient service withwhom I have never had any difficulty. The ordering screens on the internet are easy to use and the catalogue gives very good pictures and descriptions of what they are selling. I would recommend them to any one.”
