“Dreadful customer service. They don't answer the phones so you have to leave a message and nobody gets back to you. Products delivered damaged and eventually Laura emailed and said they would be replaced the next day, but this never happened. I noticed on installation the tracks were different, the one metre lengths had a ridge that the two metre didn’t, but the ones I tested accepted the fittings. Gone to fit fittings to all the tracks and one of the two metre tracks is slightly too narrow. Tried ringing again and what a surprise nobody answers”

“Very dissapointed with Lyco, ordered a new light fitting Monday night which was promised next day delivery. As it was for my wife's business which she couldn't work without, guess what? waited all day Tuesday with various messages of delays and in the end failure. It arrived finally midday Wednesday, too late for fitting so another day of work lost. If you can't deliver when you say don't deceive people!”

“Terrible return process! I’m beyond frustrated. I need to return my items because they’re too big, but the customer service is useless. They sent me online, and it’s impossible to book with any courier other than DPD. I’ve left messages and emailed, but no one responds! How am I supposed to return these items if they’re too big to carry and I can’t arrange a pickup with another courier? This is unacceptable—please fix your return system!”

“Nothing wrong with Lyco or the lights I ordered & I was happy with the cost. Unfortunately the low score comes from deciding to use FedEx as your courier. They provided a 4 hour window & missed it by another 3 hours. This is common practice for them & unfortunately now I know FedEx is your courier choice, I shall not be ordering from you again.”
