“Take extra care to order the correct item as costs for delivery,return and reordering correct item (wrong colour bezel ordered) would be best part of £20 for a relatively small low cost item.”

“Fantastic delivery arrived within 24 hours. Of the same 2 items ordered one of the small fixing screws was not screwed in to the item and despite screwing it in it fell out and was lost. Other item was good and fixed the electrical issue I had.”

“Unfortunately no fault of lyco, our coving was delivered damaged. Out of seven coving, four was damaged and not usable. Contacted customer service, spoke to Debbie. After sending photos, was given a full refund. Unfortunately due to delivery issues and stock, was not able to re order.”

“Ordered product and delivery was not to bad. But unfortunately the product doesn’t work so have contacted customer service and asked for a return or replacement. Still No reply as yet to see how this is going to be felt with. It would be better if there was someone to actually speak to as I know have a Site works delay of unknown length. So all in all not to great a service to but perfectly honest.”
