“I needed a particular small unobtrusive emergency light and found exactly what we needed from Lyco. Not available anywhere else. Quick phone call, with a couple of questions. Nice to speak to someone! Online order mid afternoon, arrived following morning to the Isle of Wight. Brilliant, thank you. Ordered delivered and fitted in 36 hours! Thank you.”

“Lyco provided a good service but some aspects of teh product were poor. I have ordered this product before and realised that the electrical connectors are of very poor qulaity and I find it difficult ti believe they comply with UK regs. The cover for the electical connectors wouldnt stay shut so I had to use tape. The cable tension system relies on a fiddly clip which was difficult to fit. The deisgners should bear in mind that this is a downlight and is fitted into a cieling which at a height and the ease of fitting should reflect this.”
