“Dreadful customer service. They don't answer the phones so you have to leave a message and nobody gets back to you. Products delivered damaged and eventually Laura emailed and said they would be replaced the next day, but this never happened. I noticed on installation the tracks were different, the one metre lengths had a ridge that the two metre didn’t, but the ones I tested accepted the fittings. Gone to fit fittings to all the tracks and one of the two metre tracks is slightly too narrow. Tried ringing again and what a surprise nobody answers”
