“I ordered and paid for two lamps at a bargain price,and Michael from Lyco rang me the next day to say the price was an error but Lyco would honour the purchase.He rang me again to confirm the postage details,and once more to advise me of a slight delay with a lamp base.Good customer service,i am very impressed.”

“I registered for 10% discount and ordered goods. The discount code was not sent until order placed. I sent a query with all details to their customer service department requesting that discount be honoured. This was never replied to and discount not given. Although I like they items bought I will not shop with them again.”

I am sorry the discount was not applied to your first order. The discount is given for signing up to our newsletter or when completing checkout of your first order so is only generated after this. “only problem was MasterCard security check didn't come back with confirmation of order so I didn't know if payment had 'gone through' .I therefore had to email you ( your response was quick and efficient)”
