“The web site is not easy to use. A fact confirmed to me by the Lyco sales assistant I called when having difficulty locating a product. Also the site does not warn about T4 tubes of the same wattage being available in different lengths. Poor. My refund was quickly given. Thank you for that.”

“We have used Lyco several times over many years, primarily as a source for lighting relative to our own company premises. Their ordering service is easy to use and provides clear information as to where you are in the overall process of ordering. Our only problem occured with this most recent delivery where the goods did not arrive at our premises. On querying this we were provided with an incorrect name for goods acceptance; then we were told the goods had been left next door (unoccupied premises!). To be fair as soon as we said please provide a POD Lyco said they would replace the missing goods - which they did on next day carrier. We suspect that the problem was not with Lyco, but with their carrier.”
