“Overall I think you provide a very good service, however I was badly let down on this occassion. I ordered my goods online last Saturday 19th March and only received them yesterday Friday 25th March. According to customer services it was down to a glich in the system. All very well, but our customers were left in partial light. I hope this does not happen again or i shall be using my mouse to guide me elsewhere!!”

“Good service & quick delivery. Perhaps you could alter your shipping to show that the Channel Islands are zero rated for VAT as we are a UK export destination. I don't much like paying your government's taxes when I don't get anything in return.”

“After trying unsuccessfully to obtain fluorescent tube lighting for under the kitchen units, I was delighted to see that Lyco stocked the size we needed. (There are so many variations) I therefore was very pleased with the tubes which came extremely well packaged (maybe a little too well!) and very speedy delivery.”
