From the past we have learned that it is safer and more efficient to send our products like this as they are of a fragile nature. I am very sorry for the problem with the packaging on your delivery. We have invested a great amount of time in finding the correct packaging for each item to ensure they are best protected in transit unfortunately despite our best efforts an occasional item is damaged.
