“The service was good but the light fitting could have been easier to install. Refitting the body to the wall mount was hampered by the connectors. It took several attempts to complete the installation. This security light was replacing a faulty unit which was superior in its fitting design.In conclusion, the Night Eye security light's terminal housing needs redesigned.”

“No problems with service or delivery but could be more upfront with pricing. Customer thinks they are paying £54 but this jumps to £70+ when only 1 item is purchased and they add VAT and postage. This appears to be a deception, which does not go down well. Will certainly look elsewhere in future first.”

“I found the website difficult to negotiate to find the actual product required but once I had sorted that problem out the service was very good and despite the particular product being shown as almost out of stock, my goods arrived very quickly.”
