I am very sorry for the damage on your delivery, we do take great care to ensure these fragile items get to you in the best possible condition however occasionally an item will be damaged in transit and we will endeavour to replace this the next day. “The packaging is far too big for the item. I paid £5.99 for very small items plus a lot of packaging. To return one item I paid another £5.00. So I lost about £10 already even if I get full refund on the return product. It would have been much cheaper if products wrapped with layers of bubble bag instead of piles of shredded cartons that adds to the weight and volume.”

“Living in the Highlands of Scotland internet shopping is essential but usually delivery is poor due to my remoteness. However Lyco are always able to deliver within 2 days which for here is superb.”

“We placed an order for Vadena wall lights and matching post lights. The wall lights arrived promptly but then we were advised that the matching post lights were now obsolete and therefore the outstanding balance of the order could not be shipped. Obviously the wall lights were now useless to us without the matching post lights. Customer service (very helpful) advised that we would have to pay return carriage for the wall lights to obtain a refund, even though the matching items were obsolete. I can understand the customer paying for return carriage if the goods were simply not required, but in this case Lyco are unable to complete our order and therefore should arrange to have the goods collected and the monies refunded.”
