“Great Range of Products and swift service. My only criticism would be that I received 3 relatively small perfectly packaged "Manufacturer" boxes in one huge box comprising mostly cardboard cuttings - reminded me of a Victor Meldrew programme. Took the lot to the recycling tip! Easy for me but I am sure not for others.”

“The first delivery of the 5 GE35w Cool White T5 1449 Longlast High Efficiency Fluorescent Tubes arrived with all five tubes broken. I immediately telephoned Lyco and the very sympathetic person I spoke to straightaway arranged for another five tubes to be despatched for delivery the following day. This second delivery arrived as promised in perfect condition and was far better packed than was the first package sent. I was impressed by the prompt and efficient way my problem was dealt with.”

“good range of products. However the website was very frustrating to use, numbers on products, not coming up in the search (lyco`s own number - ok which i had to phone up for 3 times to find the procduct despite having full description for item- which makes a nonsense of `just using the website`)”
