“The "very warm white" filament candle bulbs look excellent and when dimmed are very atmospheric. I had to fit LED specific dimmers as they flickered with regular dimmer switches. Only time will tell how long they will last. Delivery was disappointing - I was going to be out so asked for the package to be delivered under the front covered porch. It was actually placed outside in the lane up against the back gate.”

“Order process worked well but something strange happened with pricing. Original Google referral was at one price but completed order went through at a different (higher) price. This was NOT connected to inc or ex VAT.”

“Lyco is reliable and slightly more expensive than elsewhere. DHL, the carrier, is not very good. They appear to think that all customers have to do in life is to wait at home for DHL to deliver goods and get a signature. I cannot remember a time when DHL managed to deliver something at the first attempt. Getting a delivery has always involved me in further hassle. They are a significant disincentive to buying off Lyco. When ordering, perhaps there needs to be a facility for customers to indicate what the carrier should do if the customer is not at home?”

Thank you for your feedback, we do take all comments in to consideration when planning improvements to our service. Unfortunately a parcel has to be signed for, you can however select your delivery address so you could have it delivered to a place of work or to a neighbour. Kim Puttick Sales Office Manager
