“Service was good and the unit I bought is working well. Only problem I had was with their email which sent me 16 notifications of delivery. Turns out it was a fault on their computer system.”

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to review Lyco. We appreciate that occasionally there is a substantial amount of packaging however this is needed in order for the products to be delivered safely and with no damage as they are of a fragile nature. “Good service over the phone - staff well trained. Quick delivery and quality products. Shoud draw greater attention to the fact that products are ex-VAT. I'm sure their are many people like myself who are not VAT registered and 15% does make a difference!”

“Seem a caring company towards their customers but I have only yet ordeed one item from them. The delivery service was apalling, ordered it on Thursday but it didn't arrive until the following Wednesday afternoon. Should have been next day delivery. Took many telephone chase up calls to get delivery. Feel sorry for Lyco as it was their delivery company (DHL) who let them (and me down) badly. Don't rely on next day delivery though.<br>”
