“Some of the products are of a poor quality. I have bought energy saving mini globes in the past that have simply not worked. In one box, 50% OF THE BULBS DID NOT WORK.”

“Quite good service really, although prices need to be kept keen. Only had one bad experience when boxes of fluorescent tubes arrived with damaged ends making many of the the tubes unusable.”

“The delivery was superb, the product looks good, it still has to be fitted. The only glich would be the lack of communication, no e-mails received and therefore there wasn't any means of tracking the package as promised. Still, I suppose I wasn't buying e-mails.”

“Generally have always been happy with service and product range although the packing of this order left a bit to be desired. Light bulbs delivered in overly large box with shredded card packing on top of the bulbs. The packing was insufficent to stop the products moving around in the box. Seems like common sense was lacking in the individual who packed the order!<br>”

“Good website and smooth transaction, only let down by the packaging when despatched. The tracks arrived intact, but the packaging was a total mess with the product hanging out and the outer carton completely in tatters.”

“Website was easy to use on ordering and it was a nice surprise to order something and then to find there was 60/70% off, so this was good value! The lights were of good quality, although until they were lit we could not tell how much light they would give off, so we needed more. The second order I tried to place on Thursday evening did not get through in time as the website/ and or my computer crashed just 10 minutes before your 4.45 cut off time for next day orders so I was too late to receive it on Friday. I did then expect to receive it on Saturday instead, but having looked into your delivery policy, I then noticed you charged an extra £15.00 for Saturday delivery which was a bit disappointing. This then left me with the problem that my order would be delivered on Monday, meaning I would not be at home! True to form, DHL tried to deliver on Monday, left a card with phone number. I rang Tues am to give alternative deliver address for Wed. but message did not get through and parcel was again delivered to my home and I was not in. Fortunately my neighbour took parcel and we now have goods. Set of five lights look a lot smaller in the 'flesh' so I am going home this evening to view my electrician's handywork. Another order might be needed tomorrow, so hope your offers are still on! Overall, thanks for good service, apart from delivery problems and computer crashing. Julie Clarke”
