“Efficient service, good range of goods with some good offers. I think their postage and package costs are a bit high although the nature of many of their goods would partially account for the cost.”

“One transaction is not sufficient to form an opinion about a company. I look thorugh the catalogue and hope to find what I want. Occasionaly I do and order it. The response is good. It is easier to order by telephone than internet. What elses can I say?<br>”

“Good turn around time and they use DPD as the delivery arm - we're always given a one hour slot . That's really useful.”

“Excellent Oline order processing and delivery service BUT absolutely NO response following my email enquiies concerning bulbs that were damaged in transit. Sadly not the best customer service on this occasion.”

“Delivered on time and goods were as expected, only drawback was the polarity of the output transformer was reversed and the unit failed to work, thankfully the electrician was able to mske good and saved havingbto send the unitbback.”

“Service was good in that it was fast, but I accidentally doubled the order because the confirmation that the order had been received was not obvious until I opened my emails. Far too much packaging as well.”

“The bulb was well packed and arrived on time, although FedEx ignored instructions to leave it with my next door neighbour so I had to go to their depot to collect it.”
