“I received excellent service when i had to exchange the light - but i feel your exchange details are a little bit fussy. i am now waiting for a refund - but to comply with everything i am trusting i got every deail right when i sent back the first light.”

“The problem we had was staying most of the day waiting for the delivery, when tracking the route taken by the driver took him very close to where we live but he then drove some way away.”

This is suprising and we will of course ensure it is drawn to the attention of our supplier. It is great value at £38.39 for 95 pieces but obviously one would expect to be able to secure the individual pieces which I am sure should be the case. “As there are a number of different LED tube fittings on the market, I believe Lyco stock several different types, it would be helpful to include a simple wiring diagram for the product sent. Once I had worked it out, the item sent was superb and very suitable for intended purpose.”
