“Light delivered promptly, but found to be faulty on installation. Called to return the next working day and issued with a returns number and told the item would be collected as the returns label website was down. The light is still in our reception awaiting collection. I have sent two further emails, but no response..Pretty poor service i would say.”

I am sorry you feel we have let down. We were initially contacted 5 working days ago at which time we immediately emailed the necessary returns instructions. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding but we have been waiting for a convenient date to be provided by you to allow us to book the collection with the carrier. “This light is excellent. So bright. Very easy to install. Bought for utility room it's that good bought another one straight away for another part of kitchen. Definitely recommend. Only question is do you do them in square for bathroom? So 5 stars all the way perfect”

“Purchased two bedside lamps from the sale, allegedly before sale they were £90 plus VAT each. Not worth the £20+ pounds I paid for each. I emailed customer service about feeling conned but have never received a reply, also on delivery box was damaged and 1 lightbulb was broken.”

“Arrived the next couple of days after order. Pleased with the quality and the warranty period of 25 years a bonus and price was competitive. Received catalog of products with interest in LED bulbs not done price comparison but look resonable”
