“Prompt service and a good product and price, would buy again and recommend them.”

“Overall, I was quite pleased with the lamp I bought, however, the recommended light-bulb offered towards the end of the purchase was not a good match for the lamp. Its design restricts the light to shine mostly through one end of the lamp shade. I bought another bulb in a supermarket which spreads the light through more of the shade.”

“The problem was caused by the delivery company which placed my parcel by a neighbours door when I was in an waiting. There was no contact number for Hermes and I had to go searching”

“It was slow. I was given several different delivery dates and they all passed by with no delivery. It took two months in the end. No updates and no communication as to why there was a delay.”
