“The two lighting strips are excellent. My only criticism is that they arrived at the bottom of a very large box with lots of packing on the top. If the idea was to protect the lighting with the large box and packing then it failed as there was nothing under the lighting. There was no need to send such a large box as a padded envelope would have been adequate and as it was coming by courier and not through the general mail there would have been less risk of breakage. If packaging had been better then you would have received "excellent".”

“Terrible service the! Lack of communication the items have not yet been sent and it mentions on the website that it will take 2-4 days to deliver. It has been way longer than that. I sent an email to customer service and after days I got not response.”

“Ordered Saturday 4th Jan for delivery Monday. Monday 11 am no tracking email. Emailed got automated response saying it would take 5 days to contact. Rang Tuesday got a recorded message saying delays due to Black Friday and call cut off with no chance to speak to 'customer care'. Goods eventually arrived Tuesday and were fine. Just the Lyco experience not good.”

“My experience was very poor. Firstly 2 of the 18 candle lights did not work at all. The rest all flicker terribly at any setting even though my dimmers are only two years old. Part of the order didn't arrive until January when ordered early in Dec. This was without notification until the first package arrived. Shall not be using their services again.”

“Supply of products was as expected. the items required were as described and arrived within the advised timescale. My only minor criticism is with Hermes courier which delivered the parcel to outside my front door, making no attempt to contact anyone in the house (I was home). They sent me a text to say they had delivered the package with an image of the signature of whoever was supposed to have received the package. This must have been the drivers signature as no-one else was home (I would have been aware of any attempt to contact someone in the house), the package was actually left at the front door (next to a meter box) and a neighbour was also not involved in taking delivery.”
