“Order placed on a sunday. Fee paid for next day delivery, but item not received by carrier until Tuesday PM. Item delivered on Wednesday by Hermes, but not to my address, and not even in the same Postcode!!! Eventually found but don't want to do business with either of these companies again. At the least get a better carrier.”

“The LED?s arrived and they are the correct size were brighter than expected and the correct colour temperature. All is good. However the courier ?Hermes? had then in the local van for three days before delivering to my door. That was not a big problem for me but I could imagine it would be a problem for some business.”

“Bulbs and remote all work amazingly well, very happy with them. Delivery was very fast even though I don't live in mainland England and luckily the box was well packaged and protected, as the delivery service (which is nothing to do with this company) didn't take note of the large fragile stickers so the box was damaged. But nothing broken as well protected! Very happy and will recommend in the future!”

“The two lighting strips are excellent. My only criticism is that they arrived at the bottom of a very large box with lots of packing on the top. If the idea was to protect the lighting with the large box and packing then it failed as there was nothing under the lighting. There was no need to send such a large box as a padded envelope would have been adequate and as it was coming by courier and not through the general mail there would have been less risk of breakage. If packaging had been better then you would have received "excellent".”

“Terrible service the! Lack of communication the items have not yet been sent and it mentions on the website that it will take 2-4 days to deliver. It has been way longer than that. I sent an email to customer service and after days I got not response.”
