“Got charged delivery because I allegedly stay in the Highlands and Islands. I stay in mainland Scotland just over the border. I am at least 5 hours from the Highlands. They obviously have geography issues. I phoned up to complain and was told that was the charge so literally it was tuff luck. This is surely miss leading. I got told it was the delivery companies issue and was nothing to do with Lyco. Well i am buying from Lyco so I would expect them to be responsible ????”

Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. Our delivery charges are set out clearly on our website for customers to view prior to placing an order, and not incorporated into the price of the products. In many cases delivery is free of charge depending on the service required. Some areas unfortunately attract a slightly higher cost and these areas are designated by the carrier companies in question. We do however subsidise all delivery costs. I am pleased to note however that despite your reservations you chose to go ahead with your order. Kind Regards Patricia

“They did not have a certain product that I wanted so I was forced to use a competitor that has an easier to use website. I enquired about setting up a trade account as I am sourcing for work and they flat out refused my request with no explanation. Oh well, there are better alternatives out there.”
