Please visit our website again soon, we still have some stock of the incandescent bulbs that you purchased, however they are limited and due to EU regulations we will not be able to source any more. Thank you for your feedback, the reason for the T4 tubes being sold in multiples is due to the difficulty in packaging them individually to prevent damage during delivery, we get far fewer breakages now that they are sent out as a complete box. Kim Puttick Sales Office Manager

“I buy from Lyco as they have the largest range of items at reasonable prices. Last week I accidently ordered the wrong item and the girl in customer services was very polite and intelligent and sorted out the problem to my satisfaction.”

Thank you for your feedback, I am pleased that our Customer Services Department were able to resolve the problem that you had with your order. We do monitor returns on all products that we stock and if we can see that there is a problem with a particular product or brand we will have it re-tested to ensure the quality is up to our standard, unfortunately as with all products that are manufactured we do very occassionaly get a faulty batch, we will always exchange a product if it is still within the warranty period and it has failed prematurely.
