“Until my last order I have always found them to be very helpful. I was disappointed with my last order - the packaging on the goods was in a dreadful state and a number of parts were missing - not what I would have expected from this company.”

“Lyco are an excellent company and I have ordered from them quite a few times before and always had great service. This time I paid for a Saturday delivery slot when I placed an order before the Friday same-day-dispatch deadline. No Saturday delivery. Sally and Lucy were great at sorting things out and I finally received my goods on the Tuesday. This is I believe a one-off and is not normally the service you receive from Lyco.<br>”

“Like the products and the service, used to be free delivery if you spent over a certain amount postage on top makes products come out more expensive, with all the competiton around customers will look elsewhere”

My apologies that your package has been so delayed. The driver in question appeared to have had problems negotiating a laneway that leads to your property. Following my conversation with you this morning I have escalated this matter with our FedEx account manager who will ensure the Manager of the relevant FedEx depot is made fully aware of what has transpired. “Purchase was good value and delivery info updated to inform of changes arising from bad weather. Only criticism is the huge size of the cardboard box used for delivery- filled up with airbags to stop the contents rattling around.”
