“Order two outdoor wall lights in Black. Recieved two in mid Grey. Disappointed. However, very good response from the young lady when I phoned to complain. I will be in contact again to arrange return & refund. Stock & Website need to be checked for accuracy.”

“Still awaiting delivery of order despite you saying next day. Not impressed at all as fittings were due to be fitted today so had to cancel work. My customer not impressed either”

“Ordered 4 lights, installed, but then required 2 more - ordered what I thought were the same ones but are very slightly different casing (second 2 have holes/gaps in the side) - have no idea if it was my error in ordering or if the stock had changed but have not had a response from emailing their customer service department and have tried calling twice, with no answer any no call back after leaving a message. Quite dissapointing not being able to find out if we can actually buy an extra two that match!”

“These are a replacement for the two units that have failed from a previous order, why does it take so long for the customer service team to respond to messages. Nothing seems to change with customer response, unless of course your spending money with them, then the team are right there. Very poor handling of customer complaints and guarantee issues”

“LYCO has a wonderful range of outside lights but we bought the bronze lanterns which we have purchased before. Excellent product which looks so tastefully stylish giving a lovely warm light dusk to dawn. Good value for money Ordering the light was very easy and the lanterns arrived a couple of days after purchase extremely well packed.”
