“Good range of light fittings and bulbs. Marketing emails are too frequent for my liking - I don't make lighting purchase decisions very often and I know where you are if I want something in that lighting line.”

“My order was taken for next day delivery. Whilst one part of it arrived as expected, the main items were wrongly directed and arrived a day later. it was only when I phoned that I was advised of the problem.”

“V Good prices. Telephone sales people are EXCELLENT. They really know their products, which is very helpful. Website could be better, easier to find products. Telephones could be answered quicker.”

“Good service except that the invoice was charged to my neigbour (same postcode) not to me. As it was prepaid it didn't matter. Delivery did not turn up next day as I especially paid for. I received a refund of the delivery charge.”

“Always a good cost effective product. The way the offer was put together was not very good (ie when I went to the last stage of the ordering process the discount was not knocked off!) Slightly disturbing as this was the only reason I was prompted to order. Had to email twice to get the discount back - and hope it has gone back to my credit card. Wont know until next month. Delivery very speedy.”

“Slightly misleading website, otherwise OK. I was expecting LED lamps to be fitted but found I had ghastly compact fluorescents instead. Looking back at the website, I realised that this was my mistake, but it is a mistake too easily made. What I would have liked is halogen lamps but they don't seem to be available in the right shape and size.”
