Good afternoon Dana Really sorry to hear that your items have not yet been received.all our parcels are sent by Royal Mail I would suspect they have been delayed slightly due to the bank holiday and they can take up to 5-7 working days for delivery. If you have still not received them by Wednesday next week then please contact us and we will investigate further. Kind regards Beth

“This is the first time I have ordered from Lucy. The service was excellent, my lovely Robell trousers were despatched promptly and well-packaged. I prefer to buy my clothes from small, independent shops like Lucy who sell classy, elegant clothes rather than the mass produced items from the high street which is the case where I live near Birmingham. I am delighted with the service I received and will definitely buy from Lucy again.”

“I Googled to search for Robbell crop trousers Taupe colour. Lucy Cobb Ltd came up with necessary info. to order, incl. tel. number. Extremely pleasant on phone. My order was delivered aft. about 2-3 days. Just what I wanted. Delivery No charge. The package through my letter box. Delighted. I will definitely experience shopping via Lucy Cobb Ltd.
