“Recently ordered trousers which had run out of stock even though website said available. Received a telephone call to apologise and the person I spoke to was so helpful in trying to find me an alternative. However, none of the colours I preferred were available (late summer order) but the customer service was superb. Pat, N Yorks”

“This is the fourth pair of trousers I have purchased from Lucy Cobb and I am completely satisfied with them. I called them because I didn’t remember the size I had ordered the lady said she will check and call me back . She did call back in a few minutes very great full very good service very happy.”

“The trousers I ordered were delivered very quickly and the size I didn’t want quickly refunded. There is a lovely choice on the website and I had advice on trouser choice in my parcel. .”

“Once again, a very successful trip to my favourite boutique.I knew exactly what I was going in for, as I had seen it on Facebook and the website, I always choose to collect my purchases because I like to try on before taking them home, which is sad for my purse as I bought an extra item that had caught my eye, which is normal for me.”

“I bought a pair of Robell cropped trousers which did not fit. I returned them and I loved the fact that you notified me when you had received them(very rare) and notified me again when you had issued a refund. I bought another pair which did fit which were delivered very promptly. Thank you - excellent service.”

“Sad to say the order I made was accepted , a email saying it had been dispatched only to get a phone call telling me the trousers had been the wrong size and they were sold out of mine ☹️”

Georgia. Thanks for your feedback and im sorry to hear that happened. Occasionally we sell items in store in between thr order coming in and us picking the items. It doesnt often happen as the team are keen to pick the stock asap after the orders are received. We also carry a lot of stock in most styles so it only happens occasionally. Im unsure why you had the confimation though as when the system clears the item it is that item thats been ordered. Let me look into it today for you Georgia and please accept my apologies in the menatime. Lucy.

Hi Georgia. Once again please accept our apologies. It appears the incorrect size was picked and put through the sytem to be sent to you and the despatch note sent to you and then the checker realised that they were the wrong size which had been picked. Im so sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We are looking at changing our systen which should avoid this happening in future. We will certainly try to get them for you again if you would like.
