“I had problems initially with your website which put me in a loop and I couldn’t place my order. A young woman on the phone sorted me out immediately and I was delighted with my white09s I then immediately ordered Marie crops . Had same problem with the loop and again a young woman sorted it out quickly by phone. Unfortunately the colour was too dark and the fit was loose so I returned them. Pleasingly, I was refunded very quickly - so I ordered turquoise 09s, no problem with website this time and they are a wonderful colour and fit. 2 days later I ordered my favourite colour, purple 09s and await their arrival. I am so pleased with the fit - I am 5’2’, normally elsewhere size16 and 72 ! These trousers make the absolute best of me and I can’t wait to try warmer ones in the winter.”

“My first time with LC and was delighted with the web site, choices and service - even a follow up phone call to check as I had ordered two different sized trousers - all topped off with a swift and well packaged delivery. Love my Robell trousers and I know where to go now for the full range. Well done Lucy Cobb! Highly recommended.”

“Recently ordered trousers which had run out of stock even though website said available. Received a telephone call to apologise and the person I spoke to was so helpful in trying to find me an alternative. However, none of the colours I preferred were available (late summer order) but the customer service was superb. Pat, N Yorks”

“This is the fourth pair of trousers I have purchased from Lucy Cobb and I am completely satisfied with them. I called them because I didn’t remember the size I had ordered the lady said she will check and call me back . She did call back in a few minutes very great full very good service very happy.”

“The trousers I ordered were delivered very quickly and the size I didn’t want quickly refunded. There is a lovely choice on the website and I had advice on trouser choice in my parcel. .”

“Once again, a very successful trip to my favourite boutique.I knew exactly what I was going in for, as I had seen it on Facebook and the website, I always choose to collect my purchases because I like to try on before taking them home, which is sad for my purse as I bought an extra item that had caught my eye, which is normal for me.”
