I ordered some jeans,fit was not acceptable, I sent them back same day. I ordered another make which were cheaper I did not get them only a refund. I am wary about ordering again. I also ordered a pair of white trousers then I saw that make needs to needs to be a size smaller. I had taken the labels off but had them but you would not accept them back, and I should have sent them back instead of putting them in a drawer. So in all a bad experience.

Ann. Thank you for your feedback again. We will always refund if the labels are attached. But I’m sure you can understand if not. Yes I’d suggest trying them on when you get them and checking they are a good fit before taking labels off. Thank you. Lucy x

I love all of your trousers! Sadly, these are not for me....very creased and not flattering. Will stick to Robell they are amazing and great fit xx

Jean. Thank you for your feedback . We have spoken to the post office today. As you are in the USA it does take a little longer to arrive, especially at Christmas time and it was posted on 6 dec. We send items the day we got the orders. You didn’t pay for it to be sent tracked and our post office said it’s very likely to be at customs your end waiting for the tax to be paid so I’d contact them and arrange. Hopefully then it’ll be on its way to you. Kind regards. Lucy

My order was depatched on 28 November, still haven’t received it on the 14 December!

Tanya. I am so sorry. There was a bag went missing by Royal Mail. We were made aware of it about a week ago as a few people said they didn’t receive their items. On Saturday last deliveries from that bag started arriving at last. We sent them all out in the 29/11. So hopefully you will get your delivery in the next day or so. Please get back in touch if this doesn’t happen and we will send out a replacement. Huge apologies. We normally get such good service from Royal Mail it’s so unusual but so frustrating. Very disappointed and insulted, asked for my opinion on my purchase, gave my honest opinion, and then had a patronising degrading response, will never order from Lucy Cobb again, l was polite and positive She was rude and personal, not acceptable.

Margaret. Thanks for your review about our service. This jumper is our BEST selling knit this season so I’m not sure you are reviewing the same item. It’s £35 and is very definitely a jumper, and a great price! I’m sure you must be reviewing something else…the timah is absolutely nothing like a t shirt! Thank you. Lucy x

Trouser looked fab but when received quality very poor. Returned & postage not refunded contrary to consumer law. Very poor practice to do this.

Hi Amanda. Thanks for your review. The leopard print palazzo trousers you bought were trousers we sell each season and we had a couple of pairs left which is why we put them in the sale for just £10. We are sorry you didnt like them. Regarding the postage unfortunately we are an independent boutique and we can not stretch to paying for return postage like the big retailers. You will find it isnt against consumer law to charge return postage...its a company policy, we take that very seriously and comply 100% to all laws at Lucy Cobb. Thanks again. Take care. Lucy

Never received any communication regarding my order. Item just put in posting bag, not wrapped in celaphine bag or tissue paper for protection.

Linda. Thank tou for your feedback. An email is always sent when the item has been packed. Our system automatically generates it. It will have gone into your junk mail. We try to mnimise waste and plastic at the moment. The outer bags are strong material and we find do the job of protecting the items well.. Kind regards. Lucy.

Poor packaging so the clothes arrived creased. I’m not used to paying for recorded delivery to return an item.

Toni. Thank you for your review. Its by getting reviews we can improve our service. The Lavish Alice Scuba dress was a repeat style at Lucy Cobb. Its a very fitted style and the scuba fabric is a trademark fabric for LA. Ive styled ladies in it and ive seen it fit beautifully. But its not for everyone. Thank you

The Bella 09 trousers fit me well and have 5 pairs from the same manufacture. But I have short legs and the very high turnups make my legs look even shorter. The fabric has a lovely stretch but makes a rubbing noise when you walk. My summer trouser did too. What a pity.

Anna Maria...thanks for your feedback. I havent heard about the trousers making a noise before! I suggest you try the Rose 09 style if you dont want a turn up...they are a slimmer leg than the Bella 09 but the same length. The team in store will always help advise you. Kind regatds. Lucy.

Ordered 2 dresses. Not at all happy with quality of them when they eventually arrived. Also seemed very poor value for money. One of the dresses is available locally cheaper. Offered 10% reduction on provision of email for first order but unable to activate it so was told to hold it for next time but there won't be a next time. Goods returned today.
