“The item received and customer service are both excellent. What is not excellent, though, are the daily emails. I'm happy to receive a weekly email but, no more, so will be cancelling my 'subscription'.”

“Unfortunately I ordered a few pairs of Robell trousers and there was a size variation. I tried to ask advice from the on line chat which led to nothing and eventually had to return the trousers for replacement, by which time the size had sold out.”

“I want to support independent suppliers and I chose Lucy Cobb as a supplier of Robell trousers as I love that brand. I ordered two pairs of Robell 07 Capri in white and taupe in size 14 and they arrived quickly and were perfect. So I had no hesitation ordering another pair of Robell but this time with cuff in navy in size 14. They arrived but I couldn’t pull them up over my thighs let alone my hope! I returned them with an explanation on the return form but have not had any response which is disappointing. I want to reorder but don’t know whether the trousers were faulty or that the sizing is completely different from style to style. So I haven’t ordered and haven’t heard from Lucy Cobb either. Shame,”

Hi Jennifer. I’ve looked into this and I’m afraid we haven’t had the trousers back which is why we haven’t been in touch. Please can you contact your delivery partner and get a tracking number. We are very happy to check sizing when we receive them and ensure you get the correct size you wanted. Sorry we can’t help further but we just haven’t had the trousers back to deal with it. Jayne. Thank you for your feedback. I’ve looked into this with the girls today and I think that we must have deleted your message by mistake. We read and reply to them all each day and flag the ones we need to keep outstanding to check on and I think this was just human error I’m afraid. I’ve looked back and seen your message as dealt with and we just sent the auto reply. I do apologise for this it’s not our usual standard. “It was easy to order and the dress I ordered came quickly. When it arrived it was the dress I ordered but the sleeve was not a tassle sleeve as advertised but a bell sleeve. I actually liked it so I didn't return it or let them know. They're wasn't a bell sleeve dress on the website at the time I ordered but I did notice that a week or so later the style that I was sent was on their site. No complaints really as I'm sure if it's have returned it they would have done so.”

“I ordered the rose 07 capri trousers in white but I found the material was wrinkly on my legs and they came a bit too short on me I'm 5ft4 and the material was a bit thinner than my other robel rose trousers so I was disappointed as I love my rose 09 trousers so unfortunately had to send them back.”

“Easy website and quick delivery. Unfortunately the item looked a different colour on website so telephoned to confirm. I understood website was correct so returned item and as only one left bought item instead of exchange as they could not hold it for me until receiving the other back. When order received it was exactly same as original so kept it this time as I had paid 3lots of postage!”

Carolyn thanks for your message. Because last Monday was a Bank Holiday it wouldnt have actually have been on its way to you until Tuesday. We send the same day we get the order or day after if after 4pm. I’m sure it will be with you very soon, its normally about 3 working days...sometimes can be longer. If you havent heard in next couole of days olease let us know and we will look into it for you. We can only apologise for the inconvenience. Christine. Robell dont do rose 09 in fleece. And i didnt like the grey in the rose jeans when i was buying so chose the navy and black which are best sellers.. At Lucy Cobb we all work really hard each day for our 5 star reviews. Hopefully next time you’ll be hapoy with our stock and fantastic service. Lucy.

Good afternoon Dana Really sorry to hear that your items have not yet been received.all our parcels are sent by Royal Mail I would suspect they have been delayed slightly due to the bank holiday and they can take up to 5-7 working days for delivery.
