“Purchased 2 pairs of the same style and both had the same fault where the elastic was coming away from the patent. Surely a design fault that needs addressing!”

“Order was refunded with no communication so no reason given. This was AFTER a dispatch notification. I've contacted support and had no reply. I'm assuming the order will not be arriving but I really don't know. It was clearly not dispatched when the notification was given and someone realised they didn't have stock of what I had ordered. Extremely unhappy with this service. Will not be ordering from you again.”

“Womens UK 8 are now EU41 (used to be UK 7.5) What are women with EU 42 (UK8) supposed to put on their feet now? Hardly any makes are for sale in womens size 9 - I shall wear what I've got now unless I want a pair of mens shoes :(”

“I Ordered Men’s Wallace Classic Black Leather Galligan Loafers size 7 from Lotus Shoes they look very neat shoes, however the quality did not match the look,I returned them the following day due to a fault with the left shoe, it was very loose on the foot, the shoes have a strip of elastic fitted to upper/inner part of the shoe I think the elastic is intended to give the shoe some support to make it a snug fit on the foot but in this case it did nothing, the right shoe was a perfect fit.”

“I’m sure that I’ll be delighted with my purchase when I receive it. I ordered ion the 9th January and am still waiting on Evri to deliver it, it’s now 18th January, I received a message from Evri to apologise that my parcel is delayed but they didn’t say how long for! Evri are giving reputable companies like Lotus Shoes a bad name!”

“Very disappointed shoes didn't fit I have been to post office 3 times now with different things to send them back, I even organised a pick up for Mon yesterday, no one came, I don't think I would ever order on line again with yourselves, I order everything online and have no problem returning, I'm a disabled person and it's easier for me but not lotus sorry, dissatisfied customer”

“I ordered the shoes as a Christmas present and upon receiving it, the shoes were covered in mold. I cleaned the mold off but I am disappointed they were sent in this condition especially as they were a Christmas present.”

“I am still waiting for my boots Evri said they were being delivered on Wednesday 7 December then said there was a problem with the delivery. Contacted lotus office they have asked them to look into the order still not received them.”

“Delivery was good, only problem was I received a totally different pair of boots from the pair that i ordered, so when I went back on the site the boots that I ordered were out of stock. I won't be ordering again from lotus”

“I purchased a size 3 lotus navy shoe in September and after 5 wears the sole has cracked. I have always worn lotus shoes so I am disappointed with the purchase and if possible would like a replacement.”
