Not very happy with the sizes. I bought two pairs of shoes from two different suppliers, one was Lotus shoes. I ordered size 8 from lotus and size 7 from another company. The size 7 fitted like a glove, Lotus size 8 was tight. Had to put them in a shoe stretcher.

I ordered a navy pair of boots but received a black pair. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately the slippers were too small. I take a size 6 but ordered a 7 . They were definitely not a 7 although labelled a 7. I feel I should not have to pay £2 since the sizing was incorrect. I would appreciate your comments please. With thanks.

These shoes are not a good fit. They slip off my feet while walking making it impossible to wear them. I have tried a sole and heel grip but doesn’t help. Unfortunately I had worn them outside for 10 minutes so unable to return them. A complete waste of money.

I love Lotus shoes and loved the look of the ones I bought in the sale. I was so disappointed when they arrived because I couldn't get them on my feet. They were a very small fitting - I have never had this before with Lotus. Won't be buying anymore online - too costly with the return packaging. Finally they sent 2 pairs - identical order details arriving separate days. I've tried returning them but the PO won't accept the package because it's an identical label.

I returned my order because they were totally the wrong boots dispatched. I asked for the original boots that I ordered to be sent to my (12/12/23). I haven’t received them to date. Not impressed. I didn’t pay for the returns because it wasn’t my fault there had to be returned.

The shoes were lovely but, l couldn't even get them ony feet as they were to Narrow. I always buy Lotus shoes in a size 6 and never have a problem with them.l am very disappointed as l really did like the shoes

Really disappointed. Tried boots on at home, noticed one of the buttons was off a boot, on taking the off another one popped off. Returning to supplier

I live in Canada, I ordered a pair of ankle boots on the 28/10/2023 paid £30 for shipping (over$50) have had no tracking number and it's now 7/11/2023 I don't yet have my boots so I understand the charge for shipping as next and marks and spencer deliver here inside a week. Mary

Disappointed. Purchased a size 8. However, a size 41 arrived. True to form too small. If you order an 8, that is what you want! Have had to return them and am now £5.95 out of pocket (£3.95 p&p, and the £2 returns charge.) Will certainly not be ordering from this site again.

Disappointed bought pair of lotus relife ankle boots, worn them daily for 3 weeks, just around house, went shopping in them twice in dry weather, soles started to part company from the main leather of the shoe, at £85 and 3 weeks worth of wear, would not reccomend the quality of the product, nor would I ever buy any other lotus shoe

Unhappy. The right shoe is slightly wider than the left. The front toes of these suede shoes appear worn. The sides of the shoes are high and scrape on the lower part of one's ankles. Am about to return them and find this must be done in a limited number of days which I was unable to meet due to absence from home. Such a shame as I used to be an admirer and user of Lotus shoes, when buying them from a shop.

I have been buying Lotus slippers for many years. I get size 11. This time I have to return them as they are too small and I cannot get them on. When I compare them to the size 11 slippers that I still use the new ones are definitely a size smaller (and I have checked that they are both size 11!) You don't do a size 12 so I will have to stop using Lotus which is a pity.

Shoes were not delivered because the courier had lost the parcel. No response from Lotus customer services. Will ask credit card company for refund.

Bought a pair of Elisena shoes costing £69.99. The shoes were faulty and made a clicking sound on one of the heels where the rubber pad is which is loud when walking. Lotus refunded the shoes however also deducted the return costs from my refund which I am not happy about as the shoes were at fault ! I have sent two emails to date asking for a refund of the return costs but have not received a reply. Would not recommend !

Unable to comment as the shoes & bag never arrived. Have been waiting since 22/05/23 for them to be delivered. Very disappointing service.

Received confirmation my boots were with the delivery company. A few days later also received confirmation from the delivery company that my parcel would be with me soon. The day later the delivery company emailed to say there was a problem with my parcel and the tracking showed returns to sender. I contacted Lotus by email to check the status and was told the parcel was damaged and they would send out a replacement that day. Several days after I got an email saying I was being refunded as the boots were out of stock. Very disappointed
