“The shoes look really lovely, classy, elegant, fashionable, even my daughter seemed interested. Im a size 4 but I'd ordered a size 5 also just in case. Couldnt even get my foot into either shoe as the top strap was so small. It has a buckle, so I thought thats handy, but it's only for decoration. very dissapointed.”

“I find it very difficult to give a review as I still have not received the shoes which I ordered. I was given a delivery date of between July 9th - 13th. When I had still not received them on 19th July I rang the company. I was given the excuse that it was the fault of Hermes and not Lotus but that the problem had been sorted. If Lotus were aware of this problem why was I still not informed. This is very bad customer service.”

“Ordered some shoes Tuesday 13th - had confirmation of order and paid for delivery which should have been a couple of working days. Now 20th - not received, Hermes tracker says "still expected" at their hub and despite trying to call Lotus at least 4 times and emailing their web sales address, no answer or response. Love their shoes but their service is shocking.”
