“Received confirmation my boots were with the delivery company. A few days later also received confirmation from the delivery company that my parcel would be with me soon. The day later the delivery company emailed to say there was a problem with my parcel and the tracking showed returns to sender. I contacted Lotus by email to check the status and was told the parcel was damaged and they would send out a replacement that day. Several days after I got an email saying I was being refunded as the boots were out of stock. Very disappointed”

“I love my shoes bought 2pairs one in a shoe shop in Banbridge in N Ireland. The other online I’m going to buy another pair! I love them because they are roomy and not narrow fit like most trendy shoes! So thank you and continue to make wearable comfy shoes please!”

“Poor service on this occasion. Sent out faulty goods which could have been avoided with a bit more care on quality control. Tried to speak to customer service got answerphone. When I did get a response via email it was to late I had sent items back at a cost of £2 for faulty goods. Purchased elsewhere.”
