“Not very happy with purchase, stated it was Navy but was very light. Sizing was poor. So had to return, which have been told will deduct Cost from refund - so annoying”

“Dissatisfied beautiful shoes to look at only to small ! Size 4 been that size with with lotus for years ! Last three pairs 4 still fit ,so why now small ! Sadly my love for your shoes is over ?
