“I love lotus shows sandals boots unfortunately this latest purchase would nt go on my feet loved the colours and was looking forward to wearing them (Boots) being returned very disappointed in the sizing of these never had a problem Till now”

“Bought a pair of ladies boots form this outfit. They looked lovely in the picture. Arrived about 2 weeks later. Didn’t look anything like the picture. The tongue had Spod Kids stamped on them! They were also a very small 5. I complained and asked for my money back. After discussions the offered me 20% as it would have also cost me to return. However, my grand daughter didn’t like them so I tried to sell them on vinted for £18.00. I did sell them, but the person who bought them is now returning them to me. She also sent me loads of unwanted abuse! That’s being dealt with. But I wanted to mention that she also thought they were counterfeit boxed in Lotus shoe boxes. Buyer beware!”

“Very pleased with my good sturdy ankle boots. Delivered promptly, well packed, no hassle. Only niggle was that the little metal bit at the top of the zip (that you hold to open/close zip) was stuck at an angle on one of the boots. But with a bit of patience and jiggling with it I managed to free it into the right place.”

“Love the style of your shoes and boots. I have recently sent for 4 pairs of boots and unfortunatly none of them were a perfect fit. I am an older customer and finding it difficult to sorce a pair of boots that are fashionable and a good fit. I have asked you to email me when a pair if boots are in stock. This will be my fifth pair I've ordered from you. Size 5 are too tight and size 6 are too long, ideally a half size would be the solution. Look forward to a response to my comments JC Price.”

“I loved the boots, sadly they broke on the first wear. It was only minor but I returned incase more was to break in the future. For some reason I only got a partial refund until queried (then they were quick to resolve) so watch out for that as the amount wasn't even just postage. Sadly won't be ordering again.”
