“Beautiful shoes but had to return as still too small even though I ordered a size bigger than normal why don't you do a wide fitting”

“I bought 2 pairs of shoes. In the package that I received from Royal Mail, one box of shoes arrived in new condition while the other box arrived in tatters. The box was ripped at the sides and the shoes which although looked in new condition - looked like they were returned by a previous buyer. The packaging inside the box was not good either and I was second guessing to return them. Maybe I should? I was quite disappointed by the packaging of these shoes considering how excited I was when I placed order.”

“Delivery time was not accurate. One shoe is used as for shelf, Lot of wrinkles on it. All other 5 pairs are fine and good packed. I am huge fan of brand but not satisfied with shipping.”

“Very happy with my purchase of Lotus Libby Orange suede boots. The colour is beautiful, quality is excellent, & they are very comfortable to wear. They also came well packaged. Love the zip at the side which makes them very easy to put on & off. Would buy Lotus boots again in the future.”
