“Love the silver Labonita clutch. Arrived promptly and well packaged. One point to be aware of, the rear on advert shows silver leather, similar to the edging/heel of Phoenix shoe, whereas the bag I received is more of a grey microfibre.”

“I love the shoes but far too small. I am a size 6. My cousin who is size 5 had a job to get them on. So I wouldn’t reorder as I don’t know what size to get.”

“Still not received shoes I have tried to contact Royal Mail without success I am going into their local delivery office tomorrow (closed today) Their tracking app says they were delivered on28th Their proof of delivery a pair of feet on a path! Will see what tomorrow brings Many thanks Jenny Jackson”

“Excellent slippers & a lovely colour. I put my orthotics in them & they are a super fit. The elastic in the heal makes them really comfortable. I ordered on a Friday & tracking said the would be here Tuesday but they arrived on the Monday so excellent service by Royal Mail. It often takes ages for parcels to arrive in the Highlands if some of the other couriers are used.”
