“They are advertised as 8/42 on the size chart but are in fact 8/41 which is too small. I then had to pay to return. If I had know this I wouldn’t have bought in the first place. Very annoying. Reply from Lotus says it’s a general guide-but it’s not correct 😠”

“My 2 pair of ankle boots arrived promptly and each pair arrived very well packaged. The description and photos on the Lotus website was accurate apart from sizing. I'd already purchased a pair of Lotus boots from another online supplier a couple of years ago which fit so I thought after checking the size guidelines these would be the same. I'm a size 8 euro 42 and found both pairs uncomfortably tight. The returns process was straightforward but £3 will be deducted from refund. I'll try to avoid buying boots online from now on.”

“Bought 2 pairs of these slippers for my husband. Bought lotus slippers and shoes for years. No problems, until now. They are size 42, his size. However they are soooooo small. No way could he even get his foot into the slippers. Have you changed manufacturers? Sending both pairs back.”

“Good quality shoes and sandals. Kept a pair of shoe boots and a pair of wedge sandals. Unfortunately a flat pair of sandals had to be returned as they were too tight even though the strap was elasticated. Good communication regarding delivery. Slightly disappointed that I had to pay postage on delivery and again for returning the pair that did not fit. Will be a factor to consider if I shop again.”
