“The sandals were really lovely, just the correct colour to go with my dress. Really comfortable, but unfortunately they were just too big for me so had to return them.”

“Ordering is easy but if anything goes wrong, like being given incorrect tracking number its impossible to speak to anyone at Lotus Shoes. They have a customer service number but after trying numerous times it is always an automated message asking for name, order number and phone number. I left all the required details on numerous times but got no response. The call centre is open 9am - 5pm but not sure it is ever manned. When my item finally arrived I have unfortunately had to return it ( no fault of Lotus) as didn't fit. Let's hope I get a prompt refund.”
